System Interrupt Controller Driver Dell

There are a bunch of drivers that have a ! next to them under Other devices. There are 36 Base System Device, 3 Performance Counters, and 1 System Interrupt Controller.
As far as I know they aren't affecting system performance but I need them solved.
Most all Base System Devices read: PCI bus 255, device 10, function 3 with a hardware ID of PCIVEN_8086&DEV_0EC3&SUBSYS_84EF1043&REV_04
Most Performance Counters read: PCI bus 255, device 14, function 1 or so and with a hardware ID of
PCIVEN_8086&DEV_0E30&SUBSYS_84EF1043&REV_04
The System Interrupt Controller reads PCI bus 0, device 5, function 4 with a hardware ID of PCIVEN_8086&DEV_0E2C&SUBSYS_84EF1043&REV_04
I tried searching for the Vender #'s on PCIDatabase but cannot find the right one I am looking for, I think.
My system is an Intel i7 4930k LGA 2011 @3.4GHz, motherboard is an ASUS Sabertooth X79, i have G.Skill 16GB DDR3 PC3-10700 and an Nvidia GTX 780
